Truity Partners is supporting a client in Waukesha, WI with their search for a Collections Specialist. This is an interim project, estimated to last 3-4 months. The role will be 100% onsite, with a full-time 40 hours-per-week schedule. Compensation was estimated at $ $26.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Remind customers of their payment obligations, arrange payment plans if necessary
  • Reduce days outstanding of invoices through collections of those past due accounts
  • Resolve payment discrepancies and adjustments
  • Maintain records of collection efforts
  • Ensure that billings and payments are recorded in ERP system

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 3+ years of prior Collections (or relevant Accounts Receivable) experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • ERP experience highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract, Temporary


Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
