Description
Accounting Assistant will support the needs of the Accounting Department by maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable, inventory and other financial data.
This position is a temporary opportunity with potential for hire for the right individual.Responsibilities:
- Code and enter all invoices/expense reports to ensure timely and accurate information
- Review and reconcile vendor statements
- Process daily invoices
- Research and resolve payment issues
- New customer set up
- Very busy environment, so accuracy is highly important.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of prior Accounting experience
- Must have excellent communication skills, a commitment to outstanding service and the ability to work in a fast paced, teamoriented environment
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and accounting systems required
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary, Temp-to-hire
Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
