The Territory Sales Manager (Outside Sales) will focus on business development and customer retention within their respective sales categories. This role is designed for an energetic and confident sales professional looking to join a rewarding and entrepreneurial environment. This position will report to the Group President.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospecting for new business and maximizing growth opportunitiesResponsible for increasing revenue in targeted accountsEffectively build consensus, gain appropriate commitments and close businessMust maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in industry related associations and eventsConduct competitive market intelligence; analyze and adjust positioning to grow market leadershipForecast sale trends, sales dollars and communicate competitive situationsMaintain and enhance our sales position with existing customersSet up and maintain routine customer contactStrategic business plan development and executionInteract with Inside Sales Representative to ensure customer requirements are metInterface for customer quality issuesTravel as needed
Position Requirements:
