    Description
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Acquisition Manager for our design and marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully acquiring clients in the design industry and will play a key role in expanding our client base.

    Responsibilities:
    • Identify and Prospect:
    • Research and identify potential clients in need of design services.
    • Develop a targeted list of prospects and leads.
    • Show them a demo of our work
    Outreach and Networking:
    • Conduct outreach through various channels to engage potential clients, including email, phone calls, and social media.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and generate leads.
    Presentation and Communication:
    • Effectively communicate our agency's value proposition and services to potential clients.
    • Create compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our capabilities.
    Sales and Conversion:
    • Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
    Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development in the design or creative industry.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building relationships.
    • Familiarity with design and creative services.
    • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed sales targets.
    Requirements:
    • Ability to work with international clients.
    • Demonstrated success in a client acquisition or sales role (preferred in a design agency).
    • Proficiency in coordinating with the team remotely with the use of Team Management Tools.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    • Should be able to do email Marketing and should have ability to talk to EU and US clients on video call
    Note: This job requires reaching out to potential clients from the EU and the US via mail and will need to get on video meeting to show our demo.

    Candidate should be able to handle ENGLISH communication with EU and US Clients.

    This position is for people who are self-motivated and passionate about building a good community and growing with the team.
