    Join Our Team as a Home Builder Representative at Angelus Block!

    Are you passionate about promoting high-quality concrete masonry units (CMU) in residential construction projects? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Angelus Block!

    As a Home Builder Representative, you will play a crucial role in securing specifications for our CMU products. Here's what you'll be doing in this role:

    • Conducting market research to identify potential home builders and projects
    • Prospecting and cold-calling home builders to introduce them to our CMU products
    • Developing a deep understanding of our product lines and educating home builders
    • Building strong relationships with key decision-makers
    • Promoting our products in residential construction projects
    • Collaborating with internal teams to support project execution
    • Gathering market feedback and analyzing trends

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in sales or business development
    • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of construction materials
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proven track record of building successful business relationships
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented
    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    Physical Demands

    • The physical demands include talking, sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs
