    Whiterose Threads INC. is South Korea top tier manufacturer and seller of the absorbable suture with needles and is actively working with direct sales networks in 19 countries around the world, including the United States. We've been consistently striving to lead the aesthetic market for 8 years.

    Job Title: Sales Representative (Entry level)

    Role Description

    It's a contract Hybrid role for a Sales Representative located in Southern California with flexibility for some remote work.

    The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating revenue by selling our medical device products such as PDO Threads, etc. The role requires effective sales approaches to end-users, Aesthetic MDs and RNs with short and long-term sales cycles.

    It also requires ability to develop and manage the territory through selling activities. Monthly Business plan and review is necessary to target high potential accounts and find new high potential ones. Close deal to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will get a bonus according to Monthly business review.

    Please see the bonus plan below:

    When you land a deal with your 1st new client after you join our team, you will get a $300 bonus on your next paystub. With your 3rd new client, will get a $400 bonus. With your 5th new client, will get a $ 500 bonus.

    1.3.5 Bonus Plan.

    • 1st client: $300 bonus
    • 3rd client: $400 bonus
    • 5th client: $500 bonus

    Retention Plan (Monthly Performance)

    Close deal to achieve and exceed sales targets.

    • $10,000 for a month: 130% bonus on your next paystub.
    • $15,000 for a month: 140% bonus on your next paystub.
    • $20,000 for a month: 150% bonus on your next paystub.

    Responsibilities

    • Utilize company resources to prepare for sales activities and account engagement actions.
    • Actively seek out new clients through networking, social media, and other relevant avenues. conduct cold-calls for potential leads.
    • Prepare and present our products to potential clients. Develop, Expand, refresh and maintain commercial relationships with clients in the territory.
    • Understand our client's needs and requirements to better support and hence react to an account's expanding requirements. Assist clients in placing orders and ensuring their satisfaction.
    • Organize, plan and schedule utilization of selling time to provide optimum effective account and territory coverage. Report the plan& schedule daily. (Every Tuesday should be on site for team meeting)
