    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Accounting Analyst to join our growing accounting team.

    In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting by applying your in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and complex transactions.

    You will collaborate with senior accountants and other departments to research, analyze, and implement accounting standards for various financial activities.


    Responsibilities:
    Apply US GAAP and relevant industry accounting standards to complex transactions.
    Research and analyze emerging accounting pronouncements and their impact on the company's financial reporting.
    Prepare detailed technical accounting memorandums to document complex accounting treatments.
    Assist with the monthly and year-end closing processes, including journal entry preparation and reconciliation.
    Support the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
    Partner with internal audit to ensure adherence to accounting standards and controls.
    Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.

    Qualifications:
    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
    3-6 years of progressive experience in technical accounting within a corporate environment.
    In-depth understanding of US GAAP and strong analytical skills.
    Experience with accounting research databases and strong research capabilities.
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Preferred Skills:
    Experience with accounting software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    Working knowledge of IFRS.
    Experience in a publicly traded company or national public accounting firm.
