- Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Make outbound calls for issue resolution, customer follow up, and customer communication.
- Interacting with multiple locations, the call center ensures that customer's needs are met timely and accurately, and all policies/procedures specific for each location are followed accordingly.
- A qualified candidate will serve as a customer service liaison communicating with each RBG Business Unit accordingly to provide information for daily business functions.
- Provide a high-level of customer service to all customers in accordance to their issue/request.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
