For our renowned client in Abensberg, we are looking for the following position at the earliest possible starting date:

Recruiter (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities

  • Managing the recruiting process from job posting to onboarding
  • Creating and publishing job advertisements
  • Advising managers on candidate selection
  • Conducting interviews and potentially other selection procedures
  • Working closely with selected personnel service providers and external partners
  • Developing recruiting channels
  • Participating in active sourcing
  • Supporting daily tasks in the recruiting field
Your profile

  • Degree in business administration or commercial training with relevant further education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in recruiting required, experience in active sourcing desired
  • Knowledge of labor law
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Strong communication skills combined with a convincing appearance
