Skilled Worker (m/f/d):

At our support facility, we currently accompany around 40 individuals and provide them with a meaningful daily structure.

To strengthen our dedicated team, we are looking for Heilerziehungspfleger / Erzieher or Heilerziehungspflegehelfer / Sozialpfleger (m/f/d) or untrained helpers in full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.


Your tasks:


  • Accompanying and supporting people with multiple and severe disabilities
  • Creative design and guidance of daily routines in the group
  • Basic care tasks

We expect:


  • Completed training as Heilerziehungspfleger, Erzieher (m/f/d) or training as Heilerziehungspflegehelfer / Kinderpfleger or untrained helper
  • Enjoyment of working with people with and without disabilities
  • Empathy for the specific needs of the clientele
  • Experience in accompanying, caring for and supporting people with high support needs is desirable
