Employee (m/f/d) in the Workforce Management department:

Your tasks will include:


  • Calculating strategic, operational, and tactical forecasts, determining future staffing needs, and developing budget calculation bases comes naturally to you
  • This also includes creating a central capacity plan and FTE (fulltime equivalent) buildup plan
  • Taking into account planningrelevant KPIs and performance units (productive minutes/hours), you initiate appropriate measures
  • You are familiar with numbers: Tracking FTE numbers, showing FTE deltas, analyzing forecast values, creating call volume curves, and determining and setting vacation quotas (per location and across locations) are all easy for you
  • You enjoy working on projects in significant business areas and take on communication with interfaces your stakeholders (m/f/d) can always rely on your expertise
  • You ensure the achievement of quantitative targets in terms of relevant telephone and written activities
  • You coordinate planning activities such as forecasting for customer service, including exchanging information with external partners (
