- Greet prospective residents and provide building tours.
- Support leasing application process.
- Coordinate lease signing with new residents.
- Support marketing efforts.
- Strengthen resident retention.
- Maintain telephone log and guest cards.
- Assist with general administrative tasks.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong attendance and punctuality.
- Polished and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work independently.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must work every Saturday 10am - 5pm from March through September.
- Customer service experience desired.
- College degree preferred.
