We are seeking a Leasing Consultant/Administrative: to join our growing team Mount Vernon Apartments is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Lease and Property administrator to support our Property Management Team.

Responsibilities:

• The position is responsible for completing market surveys.
• To be a community ambassador and have excellent communication skills and outstanding sales techniques.
• Handling telephone and on-site traffic, showing ready apartments, closing the lease, qualifying prospects, completing all related paperwork and activities to ensure a timely move-in.
• Managing all leases from potential and existing clients.
• Coordinating property viewings, follow-ups, and updating of contact management databases.
• Marketing all rental listings through open houses and individual showings.
• Executing new lease agreements and coordinating move-in processes.
• Preparing all lease-related paperwork.
• Planning and implementing marketing strategies to generate traffic.
• Responding to queries/leads and conducting property inspections/Showing vacant units.
• Other related office duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills
• Customer Service
• Interaction with other employees and the public- Must interect with residents, prospects, team members and maintenance
• Physical demands- Walking the property and showing apartments
• Schedule may require weekend work.
• Preferred fluent in spanish language
