- The position is responsible for completing market surveys.
- To be a community ambassador and have excellent communication skills and outstanding sales techniques.
- Handling telephone and on-site traffic, showing ready apartments, closing the lease, qualifying prospects, completing all related paperwork and activities to ensure a timely move-in.
- Managing all leases from potential and existing clients.
- Coordinating property viewings, follow-ups, and updating of contact management databases.
- Marketing all rental listings through open houses and individual showings.
- Executing new lease agreements and coordinating move-in processes.
- Preparing all lease-related paperwork.
- Planning and implementing marketing strategies to generate traffic.
- Responding to queries/leads and conducting property inspections/Showing vacant units.
- Other related office duties.
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills
- Customer Service
- Interaction with other employees and the public- Must interect with residents, prospects, team members and maintenance
- Physical demands- Walking the property and showing apartments
- Schedule may require weekend work.
- Preferred fluent in spanish language
