    JOB FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Project Controls:

    • Complete receipt entries for equipment & material deliveries and services rendered (validates pricing/documentation support)
    • Assist PM's when interfacing accounting on Journal Vouchers, moving OPEX charges to CAPEX or vice versa, outside the norm transactions, etc.
    • Assists with pre-bid supplier validation Monitor and report on assigned E&C project controls KPIs.
    • Monitor and report on assigned E&C project controls KPIs.
    • Reviews AFE structure in Integrify for alignment with CBS codes
    • Report where we are materially off on our subtask budgeting.
    • Monitor and report on monthly receipt accruals by open PO.
    • Assist with monthly audit of CAPEX flash using Power BI reports to ensure updated forecasts are submitted on time and that forecast variance responses back to corporate planning are accurate.
    • Monitor and audit AFE status using Power BI reports for "In Service" and "Request Close" to ensure timeliness.
    • Provide support to project closeout activities including final cost and schedule analysis and lessons learned documentation.

    Document Controls:

    • Ensure that project documents are properly classified, labeled, and stored in accordance with company- policies and procedures.
    • Monitoring the Job Book document control process as it relates to Project Close requests.
    • Provide oversight to PM's on Job Book audit findings. Ensure deficiencies are rectified by required due dates.
    • Provide support to project closeout activities including project documentation quality and completeness.

    MINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2 years minimum in natural gas midstream industry in project controls related experience. Bachelors degree may substitute for an equivalent numbers of years of experience.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify relevant issues and propose effective solutions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft software, including Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and Power Platform applications, with experience in Exceed LMS, Integrify, DocuSign, and Maximo.
    • Ability to interface effectively with all levels within the company as well as organizations outside the company.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Willingness and eagerness to travel away from the home office, overnight, 5% of the time, with the understanding that occasional circumstances may necessitate additional travel.
    • Regular and reliable attendance.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
    • 4 years or more natural gas midstream industry experience and 2 years project controls related experience.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Ability to lift, push, and pull 25 pounds.
    • Ability to work in changing climate conditions and a plant environment
    • Able to work in close quarters: i.e., work while kneeling, squatting, sitting, climbing, and standing.
    • Follow and adhere to all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines (ex: eye protection, footwear, hard hat, flame retardant clothing (FRC))
    • Ability to drive and adhere to all defensive driving guidelines and requirements
    • The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
