Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our Las Vegas location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for firearms, a strong understanding of retail management, and exceptional leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Provide guidance, training, and support to sales associates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Maintain a safe and compliant working environment in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking merchandise as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet company goals.
Help maintain store appearance and cleanliness to uphold our brand image and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the firearms or outdoor industry.
Strong knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and related accessories.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
