For over 40 years, the IB Region Südbaden has been active in the field of vocational education and social work, with its main office in Freiburg and branch offices in Bad Säckingen, Lörrach, Müllheim, Titisee-Neustadt, and Konstanz. In the Südbaden region, approximately 160 teachers, trainers, social workers, psychologists, and administrative staff support around participants. Our work focuses on training and supporting young people in their career orientation and initial education, as well as helping adults reintegrate into the workforce through training and further education. We also offer vocational schools, medical academies, school services, technical courses, language and integration courses, and voluntary services. Since 2019, we have been providing social pedagogical support to young football fans of SC Freiburg through our fan project and mobile youth work.

We are currently seeking an Assistant (m/f/d) to support the Regional Management in the Südbaden region as a maternity and parental leave replacement, with the possibility of continued employment. The Südbaden region, with its main focus in Freiburg, is part of IB Baden. Around 150 employees here support students, trainees, and participants (m/f/d) in various educational programs.
