The IHK Ulm is currently seeking a motivated student assistant for Energy and Environment (m/f/d) with an interest in energy industry topics and environmental issues. This position offers a diverse range of tasks and the opportunity to gain valuable experience.

The IHK Ulm is a self-governing institution of the regional economy in the districts of Alb-Donau and Biberach as well as in the city of Ulm. We are the first point of contact for all economic matters.

What tasks will you be responsible for?

  • Monitoring current hydrogen projects in Baden-Württemberg to track developments and identify opportunities
  • Supporting the department in preparing various committee meetings to discuss relevant topics and prepare decisions
  • Managing multiple websites related to energy and environmental issues
  • Organizing workshops on various energy and environmental topics
  • Conducting analyses on the current state of topics such as photovoltaic and wind energy expansion, as well as existing funding opportunities, to derive recommendations for action
  • Conducting targeted research on selected topics in energy technology, funding landscape, and current events in energy policy and economy to provide structured and informed information
  • Assuming general organizational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
