What's the role?
Oversee the optimization and testing strategies for SEO, SEM, App Store Optimization (ASO), and landing page performance.
Manage MAJORITY's marketing infrastructure including our CDP, tracking and attribution systems.
Liaise with Data and Web teams to write tickets and communicate Online priorities.
Launch, manage, and fine-tune digital campaigns across multiple paid search platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
Stay updated with the latest in search, ensuring our strategies are always a step ahead.
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to synchronize search strategies with broader digital campaigns.
Required qualifications
Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
Ability to work in teams effectively and create strong relationships.
You have a passion for process improvement andare numbers-driven.
You thrive in a dynamic, self-starter, and high-pace startup environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
Attention to detail
Strong communication
Additional or preferred qualifications
At least two years of experience inSEM, SEO, and related roles.
A customer-centric approach with a knack for understanding their needs and adapting strategies accordingly.
