    OnsiteTuesdays and Wednesdays


    Pay rate:
    $19/hr

    **Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.

    The team is looking for a Licensing Coordinator to support the in-house licensed business. This person will work alongside the Licensing Manager and support the Hot Topic licensing team. This role offers administrative support as well as communication and follow-ups with internal teams and external licensing partners.


    Responsibilities:
    Oversee all aspects of the licensed product process from concept to distribution for multiple licenses

    Photograph and ship samples

    Track compliance and adherence to all contractual requirements with the Licensing Manager

    Understand contract terms and monitor the status from negotiation through execution

    Coordinate and maintain accuracy of product tracking sheets, licensor submission portals, sales reports and SKU set up

    Assist Licensing Manager with forecasting and royalty report review

    Main contact for internal communication regarding contractual rights and obligations

    Attend internal and external meetings, and respond to follow ups as needed

    Serve as the point person for licensor requests, and work closely to communicate key issues and resolve potential issues

    Special projects and other duties as assigned


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience

    Licensing understanding a plus

    Heavy data entry familiarity

    Must have strong attention to detail for compliance and audit purposes

    High level of organization and ability to manage multiple projects with various deadlines

    Excellent time management skills to help successfully prioritize and complete projects on time

    Strong follow-through

    Proven communication skills; must be articulate and professional both in written and verbal forms

    Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment

    Regularly required to sit, stand

    Occasionally will lift/move samples up to 10 pounds
