- Maintain constant communication with Licensor partners to obtain speedy approvals and gain status updates in a timely fashion.
- Gain expertise in their brands to ensure that any issues or blatant brand violation are addressed and corrected immediately
- Review all Production Boards/Hot Lists to ensure all items being submitted for approval follow correct branding, coding, and creative guidelines
- Keep and maintain an open line of communication between all key stakeholders
- Ensures all artwork, legal line, pad print, and hangtag information is correct and up to date.
- Proactively engages with internal and external POD teams and licensor approval teams to ensure process is smooth, efficient and quick to market
- Detail oriented and impeccable communication skills to ensure process is seamless
- Other duties may be assigned in accordance with company needs
- 1-2 Years of licensing experience or a combination of design, production, or product development experience in the apparel industry preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Customer service experience helpful
