For a unique international technology company with over 400 employees from the corporate network of a major global corporation, we are looking for a Syndicate Lawyer (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at the Cologne company location as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

  • Advising management and departments on legal issues and participating in contract negotiations with partners, customers, suppliers, and service providers
  • Companywide contract management, including legal review, updating, administration, and archiving of contracts, company policies, and other documents with legal relevance, mostly in English
  • Management of company insurance in close cooperation with the brokerage company and departments
  • Support in the implementation and further development of the compliance management system
  • Conducting trainings on legal topics in English

Qualifications:

  • Completed university degree in law or business law
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally as a corporate lawyer in a technically oriented environment and indepth knowledge of relevant legal areas
  • Thorough and pragmatic work style with the ability to identify areas of action and prioritize tasks
  • Commitment and team spirit
  • Very good, fluent English skills in spoken and written form for daily work in an international environment
