Your tasks / Our requirements:


Your tasks:


  • Accepting user IT requests, categorizing them, and recording them in the helpdesk
  • Installing computers according to specifications and checklists
  • Creating users and assigning permissions
  • Problem identification, error analysis, and problem solving via telephone, email, or onsite
  • Processing orders in accordance with established regulations and priorities
  • Documentation
  • Escalation of requests to 2nd level or service providers

Our requirements:


  • You have a confident manner in dealing with our users
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage
  • You have good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work systematically and independently in a structured manner
  • First experience in project work

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed training with a focus on IT and have some professional experience
  • Experience with helpdesk systems
