    Job Summary

    The Manager - Talent Acquisition, Language Services will be accountable for leading and coordinating the execution of talent acquisition/recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate and hire exceptional talent.

    This position will lead direct reports, contracts, and external vendors while establishing guiding principles and leading initiatives that competitively position the company for growth while meeting short- and long-term needs.

    This individual will play a key role in shaping and advancing the company's approach to ensuring we have the right people with the right skills in the right roles

    Job Responsibilities
    Ensures that the recruiting function is capable, streamlined and well-aligned with the vision and goals of the organization
    Partners with key customers (Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, Human Resources Business Partners and Recruiters) to determine future talent needs and set and drive sourcing strategies
    Create and defines a sourcing strategy while developing processes for better operational efficiency with on board from the business and functional leaders
    Builds a data-driven recruiting organization, including analytics that provides insight and decision support
    Provides a highly-personalized, high touch candidate experience throughout the interview process
    Updates hiring manager and key business customers on candidate status, hiring process, and metrics
    Sets team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress
    Provides reports and metrics in support of the organization's external and internal talent acquisition initiatives
    Education
    Bachelor's Degree | Preferred
    Minimum Work Experience
    5+ years sales experience in a service industry and/or recruiting experience
    3+ years supervisory experience

    Pay Rate
    $72,000 - $89,500 Salary
    Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
    This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information.
