    ** Please Note: This is a remote independent contractor recruiting engagement.

    Synergy Management Group is a premier boutique consulting firm that specializes in providing outsourced/fractional corporate finance and growth strategy consulting services to institutional investors (private equity & venture capital), portfolio companies, and growing businesses across various industries. We partner with our clients to evaluate, design, execute, and maximize growth opportunities in sourcing, diligence, operations/value creation, and exit.

    Client work is primarily remote/virtual and includes: Financial Planning, Analysis, and Modeling, Valuations & Capital Raising, Financial, Commercial & Operational Due Diligence, Competitive Strategy, Buy-Side & Sell-Side Advisory, Mergers & Acquisitions, Fractional CFO & Executive (or Interim) Leadership, Operations Performance Improvement, Turnaround & Restructuring, Growth Strategy, Post-Merger Integration.

    Role Overview:

    Our growing boutique consulting firm, Synergy Management Group, is seeking a highly experienced recruiter to rapidly source candidates for the following position:

    Project Fee: $2,500

    Project Fee earned and payable upon your sourced candidate's successful completion of 1 Month Evaluation, as specified in the LinkedIn Job Description below.

    If multiple sourced candidates successfully complete the 1 Month Evaluation, your Project Fee will be multiplied accordingly. i.e., if you source 4 candidates that successfully complete the 1 Month Evaluation, your earned Project Fee would be $10,000, based on the initial proposed Project Fee of $2,500.

    LinkedIn Job Description:

    1 Month Evaluation: The Managing Director will be expected to successfully close a $50K+ consulting engagement with a new client within the first 30 days of joining Synergy Management Group, leveraging their existing network and relationships within the institutional investor (private equity & venture capital) industry.

    This project must be executed as a short-term, accelerated sprint.

    Please include your execution strategy, timeline and proposed Project Fee (if different from above) in your proposal/cover letter.
