- Develop in collaboration with Segment Leaders an end-to-end strategy for brand campaigns that align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels (digital, events, PR, content, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
- Define campaign KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide insights to optimize campaign outcomes and ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform campaign strategies.
- Manage campaign effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and show outcomes.
- Act as a brand steward, ensuring consistency and excellence in brand messaging and visuals across all touchpoints.
- Foster innovation and experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and brand impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in campaign management, brand marketing, or related roles in the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in cross-functional and matrixed environments, collaborating with diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and build consensus.

As a leader of this team, you will need to be both a brand and market expert who aligns the narrative for ServiceTitan portfolio with targeted audience/segment messaging and positioning. Your efforts will help drive awareness, preference, purchase, adoption and growth.
You'll partner across the organization with Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, to bring a multi-channel marketing approach to driving awareness and demand for our customers in the Trades. This leader will leverage strong marketing expertise, combined with creativity, and relationship-building skills for success in this role. The ideal candidate has experience in SaaS B2B, fosters continuous learning and extreme ownership as well as a proactive approach to opportunities.

The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $139,000 USD - $200,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
