    PLEASE NOTE:


    This position is remote, however, a primary residence in California is required prior to starting at CHLA. All applicants that reside outside of California must be willing to relocate.

    Purpose Statement/Position Summary:

    Children's Hospital Los Angeles maintains a best-in-class marketing and communications function within its institution.

    As part of an award-winning team, you will be responsible for leading the strategy for major and minor integrated marketing initiatives.

    You will orchestrate thematic initiatives targeted to key audiences to drive awareness, brand preference and patient and donor acquisition.

    The Manager of Integrated Marketing will need to be a highly collaborative marketing expert who will support the development of innovative strategies and oversee key initiatives and custom multi-touchpoint integrations.

    This role will lead the development, execution, measurement, and optimization of strategic marketing and media initiatives.

    This pivotal role aims to enhance brand awareness, cultivate brand preference, increase referrals from physicians, drive new patient acquisition, improve patient retention, and increase donor contributions.

    In partnership with the Executive Director of Strategic Marketing, Executive Director of Communications and Director of Digital and their teams this role will take input from a variety of stakeholders and a deep understanding of business goals to form an annual marketing plan that maximizes all the key components to achieve optimal results.

    You will be expected to partner closely with fellow leaders in the department including service line marketing managers, creative team, foundation partners and key functional leaders owning our paid, earned, and owned marketing and communication channels.


    Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:


    • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
    • Proven track record of successful strategic marketing planning and execution, preferably in a complex, multi-faceted business environments.
    • Strong understanding of paid media, digital marketing, and analytics.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
    • Agency experience is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize initiatives and deliver results within established timelines.
    • Ability to think creatively and strategically, developing innovative marketing approaches to drive results.
    • Passion for pediatric healthcare and a commitment to the hospital's mission and values.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external partners.

    Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's degree business, marketing, communications, design or related field required.


    Pay Scale Information

    USD $94, USD $169,728.00

    Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry.

    The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.

    Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
