    Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

    Location: Daphne, AL

    Position Summary:

    The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all fuel related sales within a defined territory. This role will require the capability to manage multiple functions, from direct sales to developing and managing a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, adept at selling, cold calling, account development and customer retention.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plan to drive territory growth and achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
    • Drive the acquisition of new accounts while managing and expanding existing accounts.
    • Engage in direct sales activities, including negotiations and contracts, to foster business growth and meet revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with other leaders to enhance overall performance and operational efficiency.
    • Utilize CRM and other sales management tools to track sales activities, forecast accurately, and report sales performance.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
    • Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of sales experience in the energy, oil, or related industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and lead a sales team.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
    • Ability to travel as required to meet business needs.
    • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality.
