    Position Summary


    The Senior Analyst Market Insights plays a vital role in helping Nestl Coffee Partners win our marketplace by providing clarity and actionability around ever-evolving market drivers that inform how we position our business for growth.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
    Analyze and interpret data on a recurring basis in support of organizational reporting and updates to senior leaders and key stakeholders
    Field ad-hoc analyses around market, category, and shopper dynamics from cross-functional and cross-divisional stakeholders
    Craft impactful data visualizations that highlight evolving category trends and proactively identify risks and/or opportunities to our business
    Evaluate category and NCP performance in our seasonal merchandising programs and recommend optimizations that reinforce our seasonal leadership
    Support Shopper Learning plan and market research projects to form connection points with business diagnostics
    Collaborate with data vendors to ensure accuracy and relevance of our data sources


    Relevant Skills:
    Business analytics and dynamic-problem solving skills, with the ability to story tell/visualize data, thread to implications, and provide consultative solutions and recommendations
    Strong communication and presentation skills
    Detail oriented and ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with ability to work independently and cross-functionally


    Required Experience:
    3+ years of strongly preferred experience in CPG in a commercial business function
    3+ years of experience within a business analysis discipline
    Experience with syndicated, panel, and consumer/shopper data (e.g., Circana/IRI, Nielsen, or Numerator)
    Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

    Relocation package to Seattle is avaialable

    The approximate pay range for this position is $89,000 to $105,000.

    Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.

    Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
