- Own the programming of marketing placements (e.g., banner ads, search-driven ads) on the client's website and report on performance metrics and insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including editorial, website production, design, business communication, and paid marketing teams, to source and create relevant creative for integrated campaign programming across channels.
- Monitor campaign performance against benchmarks and adjust targeting, artwork, and copy as needed.
- Act as a data expert and strategic partner for editorial and business communication partners, devising programming strategies to reach target audiences through owned distribution channels.
- Create and share monthly reports with the team and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and performance metrics.
- Identify and foster new distribution opportunities across the client's owned entities.
- Build a testing roadmap for distribution programming and set up regular A/B tests to optimize content.
- Create workback schedules and manage key project timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with team leads and stakeholders across the company.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing and data analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

- Experience in social media and other transferable digital marketing fields.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
