    Job Title: Marketing Manager III

    Location-Type: Local Remote - Seattle, WA || NY, NY || SF, CA

    Start Date Is: 2 weeks from offer

    Duration: 7-month contract, potential for conversion

    Compensation Range: $38-$51/hr W2

    Summary:

    Client's Global Owned Content and Channels team is seeking a talented Marketing Manager III to manage and extend the organic reach of the client's reputational messaging campaigns. This role focuses on scaling website traffic through owned digital channels and requires strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and a deep understanding of content marketing and digital distribution strategies. This is a temporary contract-based role.

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    • Own the programming of marketing placements (e.g., banner ads, search-driven ads) on the client's website and report on performance metrics and insights.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including editorial, website production, design, business communication, and paid marketing teams, to source and create relevant creative for integrated campaign programming across channels.
    • Monitor campaign performance against benchmarks and adjust targeting, artwork, and copy as needed.
    • Act as a data expert and strategic partner for editorial and business communication partners, devising programming strategies to reach target audiences through owned distribution channels.
    • Create and share monthly reports with the team and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and performance metrics.
    • Identify and foster new distribution opportunities across the client's owned entities.
    • Build a testing roadmap for distribution programming and set up regular A/B tests to optimize content.
    • Create workback schedules and manage key project timelines.
    • Build and maintain relationships with team leads and stakeholders across the company.

    Must-Haves:

    • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
    • Critical thinking skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
    • Experience with A/B testing and data analytics.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience in content marketing and digital distribution strategies.
    • Experience in social media and other transferable digital marketing fields.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
    • Ability to develop stakeholder support and effectively manage relationships.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Superior analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.
    • Experience operating both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
    • High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Extreme attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
    • Experience creating and executing business plans.
    • Track record of delivering innovative products and working effectively within ambiguity.
    • Experience working with constrained resources and thinking creatively to accomplish tasks.
