    Description

    Title: Payroll Implementation Project/Program Manager

    Location: 100% Remote

    Duration: 12 Months Contract

    Job Descriptions:

    • Must have directly PM'd multiple payroll implementations and truly understand the gotcha's and intricacies – cannot be someone who has been on the periphery of payroll implementations
    • International implementation experience is a nice-to-have, but they will be starting with NA
    • HR SME is not necessary
    • Currently in vendor selection phase so no specific system experience; Ultimately, it will likely interface with SAP Payroll so that experience could be beneficial, but not required
    • Does not need to be local to an office – CT or ET is best
    • Will fall under GT PMO methodology including Planisware
    • All the typical PM requirements – able to navigate strong personalities, emotional intelligence, build strong teams, etc...

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree from a credited institution in Business, Info System, Computer Science, Info Technology or related degree
    • Masters from a credited institution is a plus
    • PMP Certification is a plus
    • SCRUM Certification is a plus
    • 10 years Project Management Experience on medium to complex projects across multiple workstreams and/or business areas preferably application development and/or implementation of multiple payroll solutions with large scale international complexities
    • Prior anagement of package evaluation/selection efforts a plus
    • Must have TRUE PM experience
    • The PMO is in the process of firming up processes. Someone needs to pick up and enforce PMO standards while engaging with stakeholders from the business to get the work done.
    • Business acumen and flexibility are requirements - not easily frustrated by change.
    • They're maturing their process of documenting policies in procedures, so need to be comfortable with changes
    • Have to be comfortable with an ADO, MS Project,
    • Global process owners, product owners (as they journey towards agile)... business is buying in and the product owners are business people
    • Client need someone to be self-confident and self assured so that they can confidently guide stakeholders.
    • Business is broad so need someone who has managed large complex projects (flavors, ethanol, nutrition, ag and oil seeds businesses)...
    • 2 interview process likely and she'll schedule immediately.
