You will strengthen our team with these tasks:

  • You will create tender documents and performance specifications for the entire wastewater operation. This includes individual contracts as well as framework agreements for construction and services for the maintenance of sewer systems and special works. Here, you act as our expert for implementing the requirements of the teams under engineering aspects with regard to compliance with legal and municipal procurement and tendering regulations.
  • You also prepare the necessary documents for the commercial department for the procurement of equipment and machinery.
  • You coordinate the demand notifications and self-created documents with the procurement-executing areas of the commercial department of the city drainage as well as the procurement and supply center of the city of Dortmund and coordinate the supply of all necessary documents.
  • The preparation and implementation of coordination processes as well as the presentation of their results to third parties, such as other departments of the city administration, etc. is also part of your future tasks.
