    Job Summary:
    JFS at Home/JFS Senior Care is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida.

    This is a full-time, individual contributor position responsible for coordinating and organizing the schedules of our caregivers for our senior care clients.

    As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support.


    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Full-time position
    • Bi-weekly pay

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and maintain a schedule for our caregivers to ensure proper coverage for our senior care clients
    • Coordinate schedules for new clients and adjust existing schedules as needed
    • Communicate any changes in schedule with caregivers and clients in a timely and professional manner
    • Maintain accurate records and reports of caregiver schedules and client care plans
    • Work closely with the Human Resources department to ensure that all caregivers are properly credentialed and trained
    • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure a seamless and efficient scheduling process
    • Answer phone calls and respond to emails from caregivers, clients, and their families in a friendly and professional manner
    • Handle any scheduling conflicts or emergencies as they arise and provide solutions in a calm and timely manner
    • Maintain confidentiality of all client and employee information in accordance with HIPAA regulations

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in scheduling or coordinating, preferably in a healthcare or senior care setting
    • Excellent organization and time-management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other scheduling software
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
