    Looking for a Temporary Programmatic Sr Account Manager

    Penske Media Corporation is seeking a Programmatic Sr Account Manager to join the team in NY. The company's extensive portfolio of over 30 media brands attracts a monthly audience of more than 120M Monthly Unique visitors.

    As a key member of the Programmatic Sales team, the Sr Account Manager will collaborate with PMC's programmatic sales team, advertising clients, and adtech partners. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth PMP/PG delivery and performance for assigned clients under the oversight of the Director of Account Management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and manage PMP and PG deals across PMC's diverse portfolio of 30+ brands
    • Own campaign performance, identify upsell opportunities, and resolve delivery issues
    • Act as the primary contact for client-related matters
    • Troubleshoot pre-production and live PG/PMPs, collaborating with buyers and SSP's for resolutions
    • Manage accounts from various entities including advertisers, DSP's, trading desks, ATD's, and agencies

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 6 years of experience in digital media, client services, or programmatic roles
    • Knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem (e.g., DSP, SSP platforms, ad servers, ad tags)
    • Experience in programmatic deal troubleshooting
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Superior communication and customer service abilities
    • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and prioritize effectively
    • Passion for mobile advertising and awareness of emerging trends
    • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to convey complex ideas clearly
