    Job Title: Manager - Program Management, Customer Engagement Programs

    Job Description:
    - Lead strategic initiatives to enhance customer interactions and drive product adoption and loyalty.
    - Oversee operational planning, budgeting, and collaboration within the team.
    - Define KPIs and metrics to measure program effectiveness.
    - Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
    - Provide insights based on data analysis and recommend improvements.
    - Foster partnerships across departments to drive shared outcomes.

    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    - 7-10 years of experience in program management or customer engagement, preferably in SaaS or technology.
    - Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    - Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    - Ability to analyze data and drive decision-making.
    - PMP and related certifications are a plus.

    Additional Information:
    Colorado Pay Range:
    $155,856—$253,266 annual salary and incentive compensation based on various factors. Bonus/equity may be available.
