- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Train and develop the sales team to ensure their success
- Oversee all sales operations, including pricing, incentives, and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in a management position
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
