    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a motivated and experienced CDJR Sales Manager to join our team at Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Norman.

    In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the new vehicle sales operations for our dealership, while also motivating and leading our sales team to achieve set goals.

    This is a full-time, management position in the automotive industry, located in Norman, Oklahoma. The selected candidate will receive a competitive commission based pay plan.


    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Base draw plus commission

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
    • Train and develop the sales team to ensure their success
    • Oversee all sales operations, including pricing, incentives, and promotions
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer issues in a timely manner
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
    • Stay uptodate on industry trends, competition, and market changes

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably in a management position
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
    • Strong leadership and motivational skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
    • Knowledge of CDJR vehicles and industry trends
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
    References required
