    Accounts Receivable Specialist

    Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's dynamic team in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA.

    As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our financial transactions. Your expertise in handling accounts receivable processes will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

    Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

    • Monitor, analyze, and reconcile customer accounts
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure prompt payment collections
    • Prepare and send invoices while maintaining professional communication with clients
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions
    • Assist in generating financial reports related to accounts receivable activities
    • Identify process improvements and contribute to overall financial operations efficiency
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns

    Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

    • Accounting degree preferred
    • Proven Accounts Receivable experience, showcasing deep process knowledge
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing tasks and deadlines
    • Proficiency in accounting software and tools
    • Problem-solving aptitude to efficiently analyze data and resolve issues
    • Collaborative team player comfortable in our work culture
