    Job Summary/Objective:


    Are you a master of charm and persuasion? Do you have an uncanny ability to sell ice to polar bears? We are seeking a Sales Ninja Extraordinaire to join our team As a Sales Ninja, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to conquer the realm of sales and bring forth a wave of happy customers.

    Your sharp wit, extraordinary communication skills, and Jedi-like powers of persuasion will be put to the test as you navigate the exciting world of insurance sales.


    Responsibilities:

    • Unleash your inner ninja by making fearless outbound calls to quote and close new auto insurance business. Show no mercy
    • Utilize your stealthy tactics to meet with clients, decipher their insurance needs, and present them with irresistible life insurance options. You'll leave them wondering how you read their minds.
    • Engage in epic battles of service excellence by providing exceptional assistance to existing clients. Find hidden opportunities to crosssell and upsell like a true sales ninja.
    • Tap into your superpowers of listening and empathy to uncover the unspoken needs of customers. Then, strike with lightningfast insurance solutions that will leave them in awe.
    • Join forces with your fellow sales ninjas in our dojolike office environment. Collaborate, support, and engage in friendly competition to achieve greatness together.
    • Embrace your adventurous side by attending events and spreading the word about our insurance services. Unleash your charisma and make the competition tremble.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Possess the agility and grace of a ninja, with the ability to navigate the sales landscape with finesse.
    • Master of persuasion, able to convince even the most skeptical prospects that they can't live without our insurance offerings.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Your words should be as sharp as a ninja's sword.
    • Fearless attitude, willing to take risks and venture into uncharted territories to conquer new sales territories.
    • Ability to work seamlessly as part of a team, but also possess the skills to shine when the spotlight is on you.
    • A sense of humor and a knack for finding joy in your work. We believe sales should be fun, even when facing challenging battles.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous sales experience where you have demonstrated your ability to close deals like a ninja silently striking its target.
    • Knowledge of insurance products and the ability to decode their intricacies like a true sales ninja.
    • Multilingual skills to communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds. Speaking the language of ninjas is a plus.
