- Completes all steps of the leasing process, from nurturing and qualifying leads to assisting with the application, through the move-in process.
- Provide on-site support and consultation for all property marketing and leasing efforts
- Convert leads into tours and leases, exceeding monthly leasing goals.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, building a strong sense of community.
- Develop relationships with local businesses through outreach marketing and networking events.
- Attend and create resident/prospect events
- Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends.
- Build strong collaborative relationships between entertainment and other internal departments.
- Must be knowledgeable of all phases of leasing.
- Maintain consistent and superior sales performance metrics
- Physically inspects property when on grounds, picks up litter and reports any service needs to maintenance staff through the property management software.
- Analyze leasing statistics to determine partnership potential and market opportunities.
- Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures. Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
- Correctly completes all lease applications, assists with application verification and notifies prospective residents of results.
- Additional duties as assigned.

- Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 or more years of leasing experience.
- Luxury sales & leasing experience is preferred.
