Description

Duties:

  • Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner
  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units
  • Provide information on rental rates, lease terms, and movein specials
  • Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
  • Collect and process rental payments
  • Coordinate movein and moveout processes, including inspections and key exchanges
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests
  • Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with prospective tenants
  • Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage paperwork, files, and administrative tasks
  • Customer relationship management skills to provide exceptional customer service to tenants
  • Knowledge of leasing contracts and legal requirements
  • Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants
  • Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries effectively

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
