    TEKsystems has an exciting new opportunity for a Billing Support Specialist for a rapidly growing brand management/marketing organization. Please apply if you have prior administrative or customer service experience in a professional office setting and are looking for your next administrative role

    Description:

    Billing Support Specialist

    will receive charge backs from financial institutions and review internal systems to find trends to ensure problem solving to avoid issues in the future

    review flagged payments governed by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and other payment processing services - pull up profile in the system, see why it was flagged, and provide feedback to prevent errors next time

    -utilizing Salesforce to manage chargebacks, comments, and open cases

    M-F 8am-4:30pm

    Skills:

    admin, reception, troubleshoot, problem solving, technical support, fraud investigation, escalation, call center, customer support, Customer service, Help desk support, Data entry, Troubleshooting

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    MUST

    at least 2 years in a professional office setting

    strong customer service and communication (both written and verbal)
