Your responsibilities as a Personnel Administrator (m/f/d) in Dillonvale, OH:
- Preparation of all relevant documents related to hiring and termination (employment contracts, transfers, resignations, termination agreements, etc.)
- Creation of references and interim references
- Data maintenance/entry
- Ongoing support in optimizing processes and procedures
- Close collaboration with the recruitment team
