This is what you can do for us:

  • Organize and coordinate the secretariat for the EMT and EMT PUM management
  • Support departmentspecific business processes by procuring and disseminating information
  • Gather and prepare information for various internal reports (e.g. for P&L meetings)
  • Prepare and organize conferences and workshops
  • Maintain databases with project and salesrelated data
  • Support strategic project planning and prepare project data
  • Prepare and followup on internal meetings
  • Support departmentspecific administrative tasks, such as translation into English
  • Create contracts based on templates and enter them into the contract database
  • Create presentations according to specifications
  • Organize and maintain document filing
  • Time management and calendar planning
  • Travel management (booking trips, expense reports, visa applications, etc.)

This is what we are looking for:

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration or a commercial or technical education with further training as a specialist or business administrator with a strong technical understanding
  • Ideally, professional experience in the assistant area and experience in the automotive industry
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
