    Projektleitung bei nationalen und internationalen Projekten in Abhängigkeit Ihres Fokus und Ihrer Erfahrung
    Fokus Valuation: Unternehmensbewertungen, Intangibles & PPA Valuation, Fairness Opinions, Accounting Valuation & Impairment Tests, Tax Valuation, Deal/M&A Valuation, Financial Modeling
    Fokus Transactions: Financial Due Diligence, Factbook sowie Deal-Modeling
    Strukturierung, Analyse und Umsetzung von finanzwirtschaftlichen Sachverhalten, Konzepten und Modellen als Grundlage für wirtschaftliche Entscheidungen
    Eigenständige Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams im Rahmen von Beratungsprojekten und Leitung interner Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungsinitiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Valuation oder Transactions Toolsets (z.B. Capital IQ & Bloomberg)
    Überdurchschnittlicher Hochschulabschluss und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
    Sicheres Auftreten, sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeit und analytische Fähigkeiten
    Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
    Selbständige, proaktive und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
    Schnelle Teamintegration durch persönliche Ansprechpartner, einen individuellen Einarbeitungsplan und einen strukturierten Onboarding-Prozess
