We are currently seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to collaborate with our CEO and Executive Team in propelling the company towards its next phase of expansion.

    Job Summary:

    As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Zenoti, you will join the Executive Leadership Team to oversee financial management, planning, and reporting. Reporting directly to the CEO, your role involves driving strategic decisions, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will possess a robust finance background, SaaS industry experience, exceptional leadership qualities, and a strategic approach.

    Responsibilities:

    • Financial Strategy and Planning:
      • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
      • Lead the annual budgeting process and offer insightful financial forecasts to support decision-making.
      • Create detailed financial models projecting revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
      • Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate various factors' impact on financial outcomes.
    • Financial Management:
      • Supervise all financial aspects, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
      • Establish internal controls for asset protection and accurate financial reporting.
      • Monitor key metrics to track financial health and identify areas for enhancement.
    • Financial Reporting and Compliance:
      • Prepare accurate financial reports for the Executive Team, board members, and external stakeholders.
      • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accounting principles, and tax obligations.
      • Enhance financial controls and compliance processes to prepare for increased reporting requirements.
      • Coordinate financial statement audits and implement improvement recommendations.
    • Strategic Planning and Analysis:
      • Offer strategic financial insights to support decision-making and long-term planning.
      • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for investments, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
      • Collaborate across teams to assess financial implications of business initiatives.
    • Investor Relations and Fundraising:
      • Evaluate financial health and funding needs.
      • Create a compelling pitch for investors emphasizing growth potential.
      • Nurture relationships with existing investors and explore new funding sources.
      • Act as the primary contact for investors and financial institutions.
    • Leadership and Team Development:
      • Lead a high-performing finance team, offering mentorship and professional growth.
      • Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the finance team and the company.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • 15+ years of senior leadership experience, ideally in SaaS or technology.
    • Experience working across different time zones.
    • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
    • Demonstrated leadership in team building and development.
    • Strategic thinking and translating financial insights into actionable strategies.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, accounting principles, and financial best practices.
    • Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, modeling, and investment analysis.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Strong ethics, integrity, and commitment to financial stewardship.
    • Location: Seattle, Washington, occasional travel may be required.
