    Responsibilities:
    Perform essential financial functions and oversight for multiple entities.
    Oversee accounting division and manage all accountants and/or Controllers.
    Plan and forecast financial roadmap and goals.
    Direct tax planning and preparation for all entities.
    Implement and maintain effective accounting systems and controls.
    Identify opportunities to reduce expenses and increase revenues.
    Forecast, create, and maintain budgets.
    Play a vital role in strategic financial initiatives.
    Ensure legal and company policy compliance.
    Develop investment/construction opportunities.
    Assist in presenting profitability analyses.
    Forecast and develop long-term plans.
    Advise company President and CEO on financial matters.
    Identify opportunities for refinancing.
    Track and monitor cash flow and income.
    Develop and monitor predictive financial analyses.
    Represent the company to financial partners.
    Refine financial tracking and reporting systems.
    Oversee capital/equity funding installments.
    Develop and enforce internal financial controls.
    Manage relationship with external CPAs.
    Oversee operational accounting functions.
    Create multiyear cash flow projections.
    Manage banking relationships.
    Develop a recapitalization analysis.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
    Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a CFO position or higher.
    Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
    CPA/CMA certification is highly preferred.
    Property/multi-entity accounting experience is highly preferred.
    Construction/development accounting experience is highly preferred.
    Fund accounting experience is highly preferred.
