Role Objectives:
Provide direct support to the marketing team with the implementation of tasks to support brand and product strategies.
Qualifications:
·
1+ years of professional experience, ideally in a marketing or project management environment.
·
Must hold relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field e.g. Bachelor of Marketing.
·
A strong interest in, or knowledge of, the toy industry or consumer marketing.
Responsibilities:
Brand & Product Marketing
Working with the assigned brand manager, assist marketing team with:
coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including retail activations.
delivering assets & samples to sales team and agency partners as needed.
planning, execution, and attendance of events for internal and external meetings (e.g. customer presentations, trade shows).
presentations for customers and partners, which may include presenting.
creating and maintaining marketing trackers.
issuing weekly marketing emails to update wider teams.
influencer campaigns, from samples to identification of talent.
competitive product reviews (includes travel to regional stores)
conducting post-analysis of key activities and campaigns and communicating results for improvements of future programs.
general administration support.
development and delivery of additional key projects as required.

Work Hours
8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday
8:30am – 3:00pm, Friday
30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
Plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones.
Moose also provides flexible working options.
This role will start off remote, but will become a hybrid position in the greater Toronto area.
Travel
Travel is required 15% within Ontario.
