    ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

    Duties of the Accounts Payable Specialist:

    • Verify and process invoices
    • Code and match invoices
    • Track expenses
    • Handle vendor set-up
    • Coordinate electronic transfers and payments to vendors
    • Resolve vendor inquiries and discrepancies

    What the company needs in an Accounts Payable Specialist:

    • 2+ years of Accounts Payable Specialist experience
    • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
    • Strong communication skills
