- Producing Manager Schedules, Requests/Punches & Approvals.
- Submit Daily & Weekly Deposits, Payroll & Safe Accountability & Audits.
- Working with the Kitchen Dept Manager on these Initiatives: o Food Safety Checks & Calibrations
- Work with the Guest Service Manager on these Initiatives: o Hospitality Standards & Overall Guest Satisfaction
- Work with the People Department Manager on these Initiatives: o Ongoing Team Training
- The General Manager will report to directly the Area Supervisor.
- McDonald's Managerial experience, or other quick service restaurant equivalent.
- Bilingual, with a strong ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish is a Major plus.
- Basic knowledge and application of computer skills.
- The General Manager should be available to work an average of 45-48 hours a week.
