    About the Position

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Reporting Specialist,for a full-time, long-term (10+ years), on-site role located in San Jose, CA.

    Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will coordinate monthly program reporting of costs, schedules, earned value management (EVM), key performance indicators (KPIs), and issues and concerns.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and multi-task.

    Minimum Requirements

    • High School graduate or equivalent.
    • 5+ years experience with public works infrastructure project or program reporting.
    • Some cost experience.
    • Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Must be physically able to conduct site visits with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for monthly progress photos and reporting.
    • Must be able to work 100% full time, on-site (no hybrid, no remote).

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Associate degree in business, pre-engineering, or similar.
    • 5+ years experience working on public works infrastructure projects, preferably in transit or transportation.
    • Experience reporting Earned Value Management (EVM) key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Experience with Microsoft Power BI, or other dashboard KPI reporting software.
    • Expert level skills with Microsoft Office suite.

    Compensation Details

    The salary range listed for this role is $125-135K annually. The final salary offered is based on multiple factors and is thoughtfully aligned with each candidates level of experience, breadth of skills, total education achieved, certifications/licenses that have been obtained, etc.
